I agree with most of what is being said here, save one thing - most publishers have a difficult time with marketing and some don&#039;t do a good job at all. Unlike the &#039;old days&#039;, today authors must learn how to create effective INTERNET marketing and publicity plans. There is a very long learning curve involved and many simply do not want to spend the time necessary to learn how to do this. While many self-published books are not up to par, many are. Sadly a lot of them languish in obscurity, unable to create the recognition they deserve]]></description>
